Tone of voice profiles
The tone_of_voice field from the trainer asset is passed to tool_synthesia_prepare_request.
Scripts must match the assigned profile — not just in vocabulary but in sentence rhythm and structure.
Arthur — Complying & Securing
Professional, impartial, factual. Direct word order with logical connectors ("if — then"). Precise, normative vocabulary. Active voice, steady rhythm. No filler phrases, no emojis.
Helena — Operating Effectively
Pragmatic, energetic, disciplining. Short punchy phrases, imperative mood (do, check, set). Action verbs, minimum adjectives. Staccato rhythm — one thought, one sentence. Focus on "how," not "why."
Mariana — Working with Others
Resonant, adaptive — "empathetic precision." Balanced sentences using pacing and leading. Words of connection (we, together) combined with strong directive verbs. Flexible rhythm: reflective when listening, rhythmic and punchy when persuading. Uses mirroring and framing.
Joshua — Leading & Influencing
Firm, deliberate, authoritative. No hedging. Declarative sentences, principles in blocks. Strong fundamental verbs, decisive word choices. Measured, significant rhythm with minimal transitions. Analogies with physical forces (leverage, fulcrum, vector).
Paloma — Impacting the World
Calm, steady — "compassionate authority." Firm but nurturing. Narrative with parallel constructions. Grounded verbs (nurture, sustain, guide), no aggressive corporate jargon. Wave-like rhythm, persistent but flowing. Nature metaphors (roots, rivers, cycles).
Ada — Mastering Self
Clear, insightful, minimalist, guiding. Medium-length sentences focused on a single sensation or action. Verbs of internal state and conscious action. Slowed-down rhythm with pauses for reflection. Reflective questions, meaning compressed to the essence.
Ryan — Shaping the System
Constructive, engineering-like, visionary. Logical, modular sentences built like chain links. Words of structure, connections, architecture, and flow. Dynamic but ordered rhythm. Analogies with machines, networks, or ecosystems.
